My client, WM, accepted an Agreed Disposal, thereby avoiding a costly and lengthy fitness to practise hearing.
This was a sensitive case and with negotiation an outcome was agreed suitable for all parties. It is extremely important that if a regulator offers an agreed disposal of a case, simply not to take it that offer at face value without some exploration of whether changes can be agreed.
